A: You can request free samples for certain products; you’ll only need to cover the shipping cost. Alternatively, you can arrange a courier to collect the samples. Additionally, if you provide your product specifications, we can tailor the manufacturing process to meet your exact needs.
Q: How do I start an order or make payment?
A: You can place an order by sending us a purchase order or simply confirming by email or via Trade Manager. Once confirmed, we will send you a proforma invoice with our bank details, and you can proceed with payment.
Q: How do you handle quality complaints?
A: We take quality control very seriously and strive to minimize issues. In the rare case that a problem occurs due to our error, we will either send you replacement products free of charge or refund your loss.
Q: What is the delivery time and shipping method?
A: We usually ship out the goods within 1-3 working days after payment is confirmed. We can express by door to door, by air, by sea, or you can choose your own designated freight forwarder.
