Mash System
Mash System component 1
Mash System component 2
The mash system primarily consists of a mash tank, filter tank, and hot water tank. We offer standardized and custom configuration setups ranging from 100L to 3000L. All structural contact parts are made of high-quality stainless steel conforming to international sanitary standards. Following advanced methodologies, the exterior can also be finished with polished red copper for aesthetic appeal and enhanced thermal properties.
Our fabrication employs CNC plasma cutting, high-precision laser routing, and pure argon-shielded welding to achieve smooth, aseptic joints. Thermal transfer is maximized via custom-designed dimple jackets using steam-flow principles, insulated with premium imported polyurethane. The entire system is engineered for simple operation, stable control, and zero-dead-corner sanitation.
Fermentation System
Fermentation System component 1
Fermentation System component 2
Our standard fermentation setups feature 6 to 12 fermenting tanks, adjustable from 100L to 2000L capacities. The interior walls achieve a polished smoothness of less than 0.6um. Cooling jackets implement dimpled plates or multi-channel routing to optimize heat exchange. Built-in piping networks facilitate CIP washing, cooling media circulation, and CO2 monitoring. Integrated PLC auto-control ensures precise temperature controls, while high-accuracy yeast concentration detectors offer online microbial cell testing.
